AUSTRALIA POST - COVID-19
We've updated our delivery time estimates for all available destinations and services based on our latest performance data, as well as information from airlines and international postal partners.
These estimates are subject to change and should be used as a guide only. The delivery times are estimated from the time of posting in Australia to delivery in metro locations in the destination country. They don't include time spent in customs, which is out of our control.
If your item was sent using the Courier or Express service and hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery timeframe provided, contact us so we can investigate. For items sent via our Standard service, please allow 10 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe prior to contacting us.
Due to increased travel time between facilities for items lodged from SA, TAS or NT please allow additional time for delivery as per below:
Express – add 3 business days to all estimated delivery times.
Standard and Economy - add 7 business days to all estimated delivery times.
Note that items addressed to the suspended destinations will be returned to the sender.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. All orders are processed & dispatched the same day between Monday-Friday, depending what time your order is placed. To ensure your order has been processed and ready for shipping you will receive a confirmation email. Please also take into consideration on release dates these times might have some minor delays due to larger volumes of orders at once.
Q. How long will it take to arrive?
A. Based on which shipping option you choose anywhere between a few working days and a couple of weeks for all orders outside of Australia. Please be aware that there are extended delays at this stage due to the pandemic *as stated above*. The estimated shipping times listed below are not accurate during this time.

Q. I ordered the wrong size item, can I exchange it for another?
A. Simply email your full name and order number to inform us immediately. To ensure the process is as quick as possible please return it to the FROM address (below) with a note inside to remind us what we're amending and your request will be for-filled as quickly as possible. In doing so you will incur the cost of the return postage.
